Dear Customer, We have been notified of planned maintenance affecting one of our resilient inter-datacentre links. No customer impact is expected; however, we are providing advance notice in line with our change management procedures. Further details are provided below. Affected Service One of Stream Networks' inter-datacentre fibre links between our London facilities. Reason for Maintenance Our dark fibre provider is carrying out essential fibre network upgrade works within the London Docklands area. Expected Impact The affected fibre link will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. This link forms part of a resilient multi-path infrastructure between our London datacentres. Three additional inter-datacentre links will remain operational throughout the maintenance period and no customer impact is expected under normal operating conditions. As with any infrastructure maintenance, there remains a small risk of unforeseen issues. Our engineering team will monitor the network throughout the maintenance window and respond accordingly should any unexpected service impact occur.
