Services Affected: IP Services between Newbury and Ash Data Centres Maintenance Window: Start 20th March 2026 23.00 End 20th March 2026 23.59 Reasons for Maintenance: As part of our commitment to improving network service, we are upgrading our current 10G link. Network Resilience: While our core network architecture is designed for resilience and diversity, during this maintenance period, there will be reduced resiliency during this timeframe Customer Experience: Our proactive measures will ensure that there is no degradation in the quality of the network services. Our systems are set to automatically adjust routing to maintain service continuity throughout the work.
